Robert Ingpen
Robert Ingpen is an Australian illustrator who has done some of the most beautiful work I have ever seen, including a prolific series of unabridged classics! However, the real reason I love his work is due to the attention and respect he gives the authors and, in relevant cases, the original illustrators too!
Every book comes in hardback and features illustrations on almost every page, making it so easy to read these unabridged classics to the little ones! Each book also begins with a section about the author, including a portrait.
